What is the 10-step Korean Skin Care Routine?

It’s the routine for achieving the most fabulous skin. The 10-step routine is the skincare regimen that includes thoroughly double cleansing, exfoliating, targeted treating, intensely hydrating, and applying sunscreen during the day.

Do I need to follow all 10-steps?

No, following all 10-steps is optional because only you know your skin best. You should choose what works based on your unique skin type. It's recommended to start with the essential products such as cleansers, treatments and moisturizers that will make a visible difference and gradually incorporate additional steps to your routine.

How do I determine my skintype?

We have long been aware that this can be a hard thing to figure out, particularly because the skin is subject to a lot of change!

So an easy way to determine your skin type is to carefully study your bare skin after washing your face. Gently pat your skin dry with a towel and refrain from applying any products. Wait 20-25 minutes, then observe your skin thorughly—both how it looks and how it feels. If it feels dry, uncomfortable and tight, you probably have dry skin. If your skin entails a particular shine, you typically fall into the oily skin category. And if your skin exhibits both oily and dry areas, you likely have combination skin. If none of these concerns apply to you, then congratulations: you have a normal skin.

In what order should I apply the treatment products?

You should apply treatment products (essence, serum and ampoule) in order of their viscosity, starting with lightweight products.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As soon as your order has been received, we immediately begin processing to deliver it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this indicates that we are unable to make any changes to orders once placed.

What is your return policy?

We are sorry that your new products did not satisfy your expectations! Our mission is to deliver the most genuine and best possible experience, so we are here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For you to be entitled to a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. If it concerns a damaged item, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the damaged item. Unfortunately, return shipping is at the expense of the customer. How much are shipping costs?

International shipping cost will be calculated based on your address at checkout. We ship using DHL Parcel Connect or DPD.
